The Golden Syndicate was founded in after a war in the 14th sector in the galaxy, after the won the war they crafted an act which would unify all species and planets in the 14th sector. This Act was signed and a caste system also came about, where the original members were seen as superior to newer joining ones and got better treatment. This Caste System would eventually lead to their downfall as the , and would rebel against their oppressors and eventually win. The Age of Rebellion (Where the Golden Syndicate experienced mass protests against their rule and mass rebellions all over the Syndicate, they eventually ended this rebellion with a decisive victory on the Moon of Car'tak, displaying their might and power. The war was over a big water planet, The Golden Syndicate colonized it first, for a clean water supply for their space travels and outer colonies, but the Aquatarrians saw it as a religious world, and claimed their Gods demanded it to belong to them. They quickly mobilized the largest fleet action in the history of the Syndicate, 20 Dreadnoughts, 400 battle ships, 200 cruisers, 300 frigates and 50,000 space fighters. The war took over 2 years, until eventually the Golden Syndicate destroyed their flag ship, and the quickly fled. The Age of Collapse (Where the Golden Syndicate eventually collapsed under the hands of the Silver Confederacy, an alliance between the , Wangos, Bongos and many other species that eventually took down the All Mighty Imperators (Proginators that ruled the Syndicate)

The Golden Syndicate is known for using for it's missions, however this ironically brought it's own death and demise as the rebelling species used them and bought them up to take down high council members and even plenty of Imperators. The Golden Syndicate had mainly free trade within its borders, and had protectionist policies from outside the Syndicate. Some species even joined the Syndicate for trade purposes as well. Their main trade partners were oddly enough from their own competitors, such as the Human Federation. Horses were used very much in the Golden Syndicate's military. They had 3 , and a senate of 150 members. The Imperators were elected by the senate. Senators were elected by the few alien species who were allowed to vote. One would be a religious leader, another a military leader and one was in charge of foreign and domestic affairs along with the economy. Each Imperator had a cabinet, with many offices. They also brought a device which could see all heat signatures on the planet. They followed with sending Khalzod berserkers and 5 Drullocs, it was a massacre. And the Garmagians submitted to the Golden Syndicate. For the first 1000 years they were very open to religious freedom, each religion was respected throughout the empire. How ever after that, they began a series of Progenization. They began cracking down on non Proginator religions. Firstly they did a law where each individual of a non Proginator religion had to pay an extra fee and register. To incentivize Alien species to destroy their religious sites, the Primarchy of Tranquility paid them money to destroy their religious sites. They believe in One Main God, called Dominus. He created the Proginator species by mating with female Proginators, his children were demi God's and created each sub species of Proginator. Proginators celebrate 5 religious festivals every year. They also go to a Dominorium every Monday to listen to their Priest. Teachings and stories of the Proginator religion are recorded in the Domica, their holy book.
