Our factory is a high-tech enterprise joint-founded by the Semiconductor Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Science (CAS) and State Invested High-Tech Company. Our over-all management is on a great lever with capital of large scale, strong technical base, creative idea and up-to-date management model.   With RMB 58,000,000 registered capital and RMB150,000,000 invested scale the company has established three branches: a wafer& chips factory, a factory specialized in the production of LED encapsulation, LED lamps.   We have introduced a kind of modern MOCVD equipment, a set of auto-apparatuses and precise instruments in the production of wafers, chips and LEDs. Recently, the major products are red, blue or green LEDs of high brightness and LEDs of high-power, which are widely used in illumination system, electronic display, traffic lights, indicator lamps, billboards and building decoration.   At present we have more than 100 staff, over 40% of whom own college or even higher degree. For the cooperation with CAS, several academicians and experts of CAS are appointed as chief scientists, senior consultants and chief technical officer, who have rendered us powerful support on technology.
