Saicho

Saicho is a luxurious single-origin sparkling tea brand founded by a husband-and-wife team. The award-winning British brand is redefining the art of tea-making by creating unique and refreshing sparkling teas that are both innovative and delicious. Saicho teas are crafted using a low-temperature steeping process that extracts delicate aromatics without over-extracting the bitter and astringent compounds, resulting in a clean, crisp, and complex flavour profile. The drinks are then delicately sparkled to enhance the natural aromatics of the tea, resulting in a flavour profile that is both refined and effervescent, yet bold and appealing to new audiences. Saicho sparkling tea is the perfect choice for food pairing and is a favourite of the world best restaurants and hotels, including Michelin-starred establishments and 5-star hotels. Saicho sources the highest quality teas from the gardens around the world, ensuring an exceptional taste experience that is unparalleled in complexity and depth.
